What are the key elements of ancient Indian timekeeping? How can they help you navigate your life?
The ancients kept time by tracking the motions of the celestial bodies, particularly the sun and the moon.
What would it look like to align your life with these cosmic rhythms? What is significant about new vs full moon? Equinox vs solstice? What activities are best undertaken, or avoided, at these times?
This course will help you:

- Understand the roles of the solar and lunar cycles, special celestial events, like transits and eclipses, and the traditional 120-year lifespan
